UTS X

SmartFeed is a new, high-speed singulation system for tablets.

It features a progressively controlled singulation chute with an automatically adjustable incline, allowing for rapid tablet separation and significantly boosting the throughput of tablets ready for measurement.

The new CleanFeed® module enables intelligent dust separation

The product infeed is equipped with a standard Triclamp DIN DN50 connection. For controlled removal of tablet dust within the device, the UTS X can be optionally upgraded with the CleanFeed® module. This system automatically shields the sample during collection and performs dedusting before the tablets are introduced into the testing system.

The modular design offers new customization options

Based on customer needs, the system supports two types of scales from different manufacturers and features two interchangeable thickness gauge modules with varying accuracy levels. Additionally, the hardness measuring ranges can be adjusted to meet specific requirements for hardness testing.

The system offers user-friendly control and status visualization

Featuring a retractable 7" touch display and new database-supported, intuitive all-in-one touch software, it allows for seamless operation without the need for additional external software in most applications. The 360° LED status display provides clear visibility of the system's status from a distance.

For FDA 21 CFR-Part 11 compliance, the software's functionality can be modularly expanded to meet specific regulatory requirements.

The new transport star unit enables optimal tablet positioning

Positioning is further enhanced by the optional VibraFix module, which aids in length alignment of test specimens and stabilizes oblong tablets during hardness testing.

Thanks to its innovative design, the UTS X system delivers up to 50% higher tablet throughput compared to similar devices.
